Cleans 5 X 5
Load: 140

Bench Press 3 X 3
Load: 205

Workout comments: I think this is a new PR for the 3 rep back squat. I'll have to keep at this a few more weeks and then try another 1RM. Felt pretty good this morning. Nothing too sore.
