Odd days on this program involved alternating a superset scheme and a pyramid scheme. I performed the latter today.
Pullups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6,...1
Pushups 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14,...2
Situps 5, 10, 15,...
These exercises are performed with NO rest.
